I don't know if it is just me but I have access to close anyones threads I want and I also have access to move any thread I want to any forum I want. Anyone else have the same access to do that (non-staff members) or is it just me? I tested it on one of Davideo7's threads and it worked.

You only have mod powers inside the patrons of vizzed forum and nowhere else (I'm pretty sure). You're not allowed to actually use your mod powers in patrons of vizzed though since you're not a global.

Barathemos : It's possible but I don't think David would give people random access like that. Someone could easily pull threads from staff and move them to general chat. I'm not going to do that just saying this is a pretty big glitch of some sort.

You probably have the access to move threads in that patron forum that I don't have access to since you're probably listed as a page staff there.

It used to be so that only page admins could do mod stuff in that forum (for a little while) but that made being a Local kinda useless since Local's are listed as page staff in the forums they're assigned to and if they can't close any threads or edit any posts in the forum they're supposed to mod then they can't really do their job :v. So David made it so that page staff had mod powers over the forums they're listed as staff as again.

If it's any other forum where you're not listed as staff or admin then that's a problem :v.

With the way private forums work at the moment, you can only grant someone access by giving them mod powers of it. The Patron forum is a private forum which I've given you access to due to you being a patron so that's why you have powers but only in that forum.

I'll eventually upgrade the system to make it so that users can be added to a private forum without being given mod powers.
