Just letting you know that you are able to edit your own posts, rather than triple posting.

On the top right of your posts, there is an "edit" button. See the red circle in the top right in this post for example- http://i.imgur.com/tGq5LM2.png

From there, you can easily put in your updates for your stream, as well as correct any errors. This is much better and less spammy than double/triple posting. 

EDIT: Also a suggestion, you should leave a link to your twitch channel (found in url bar) by editing your first post and putting it there.
