Eniitan : It's not like there's much of a difference with this, if you use the camera, the only thing that you see the entire game is a map and Pokemon, there's almost no graphics at all, looks nothing like any of the recent games.

I just recently got the game because it launched here just recently and I can't seem to get it to work. Usually I'll have a ton of problems just getting the game started and logging in via Pokemon Trainer Club. Even if I get it to work properly that's usually cut short since the game has stopped working every time after I throw a pokeball at something and simply freezes. I'm about ready to give up on it and simply un install it despite that likely being caused by server strain. The game itself seems to be mediocre and I'm guessing it's mostly popular because it has Pokemon plastered over it.

Zlinqx : As for the servers, they should probably be pretty bad since they just launched there but should get much better over the next week. I raged so hard on Sunday because it was so bad but now I can play for 30 to 40 minutes at a time with no problem.

The game itself should become much more fun once you get into it because there's so much more beyond the surface.

So I installed this earlier since it seems to be universally released now (or it just showed up in the app store for no reason ).

I have caught a Bulbasaur since that is the best generation 1 starter and there is a pidgey nearby or something.

Sadly enough I'm not the type of person to go out at 5 AM for an app on my phone so it will probably be gone by the time I'm like walking my dog or something.

The game just got hacked and the servers were shut down. When I downloaded the game, I didn't know it was hacked and then I deleted cause it didn't work for me.

I managed to actually get the game run like it was supposed to today and now I had the Bulbasaur I caught. Guess the intial server strain isn't as bad anymore. I even managed to catch a Zubat and a Spearow on the way to the gym before my phone shut down due to not being charged lol, right in the middle of a battle with a Drowzee too. It's not looking amazing so far but I can see some appeal in it I guess if nothing else because it's bringing out the collector in me. I also have a Pokemon gym like right behind my apartment complex (it's a central location due to being a big bus stop) so I might try to take that over once I become a bit better at the game. That is assuming some pay to win guy isn't camping it.

If it continues to run without many problems I might play it for a while. I can see myself likely growing tired of it eventually though as there doesn't seem to be a ton of different things to do to keep the gameplay varied. Too bad I learned about that Pikachu starter trick just now or I might've tried doing it as it's probably not a Pokemon most people have.

Zlinqx : Today the game worked like a charm for me up until the update went out, which caused servers to go down. The game ran the best it ever had for a couple hours in the morning, and I was able to catch 100+ Pokemon.


Trades and regular battles are supposed to be added soon

I'm in a good mood, on my way to work like 2 blocks away I caught a 1000 CP eggsecutor and it turns out my work had a weak gym so I was able to take over my 1st gym.

Its funny because by the time I got situated in work, I checked again and there were already a few other players with me in the gym.

I was never interested in Pokémon... I have tried it and never liked it (-.-) Never understood the fuss.
Also, I like how the auto checker on Edge accents the 'e' haha~

Go seems to me a fad... I hear all the time people playing Go and there are things happening~ and even the ones that are suppose to despise Nintendo much are playing, it will wear off again.

Same will be happening to the NX, it will be little cared in few weeks or months (-.-)
Also: they say children now are being poor social and not going out... this is helping them get out more, but for what reason other than Pokémon, they are not interested!

My job is to encourage exercise and socialization and Pokémon Go has had a massive impact on a younger generation. People are going out, exploring, seeing new parts of town, and good for them.

I don't even a have a phone that runs the app. But that's cool. I'm cheering on other people who are out in the day, the night, the morning, and walking, exploring, and doing things.

I went for a run the other day through my city, which is a college town, and there were knots of people all over the place, laughing, playing, and enjoying the weather. Pokémon Go, which I will never play, is awesome and I'm glad it showed up.

Well, The Pokemon Company has postponed the release of the Pokemon GO Plus (with the wristband Bluetooth) to September 2016. Not sure why, but I think (by rumors), this September is when Niantic/TPC maybe releasing "The Johto Update" when they release the Johto PokèDex to Pokemon GO, but it's a rumor though.
