FFT was an awesome game. I just wish someone didn't steal all my good ps1 games. I had classics like tales of destiny 1 and 2 xenogears, legend of dragoon and other ones i Can't remember but as for my favorite villians for ff I would have to say Kuja and sephiroth especially if had to fight him like you did in both kingdom hearts. He was crazy hard in both games.

my fav is definitely sephiroth. i remember him being the most badass villain when i first bought a playstation in final fantasy 7. that game is still awesome to me.

Kefka is my favorite. Think about it: He is crazy, twisted, and evil. He becomes the God of Magic, he thinks killing masses of people is funny (since he poisoned the river). He even turns his back on Emperor Gestahl in the very end, and pushes him off the Floating Island, and laughs about it. So yeah, Kefka owns every other FF villain in my opinion.

Oh definatly Kefka Pallazo. That guy is completely loopy and psychotic.

He killed three GODS for crying out loud. What did Sephiroth do? Find his mother and tried to blow up a planet. Seymore? Xenocide. Golbez? Turned good.

So to sum it all up, Kefka killed three gods, turned into one, and had the power to torture you with "Heartless Angel" "Oh, what's this? You're all at 1HP again? HOHOHOHOHOHOHOHOHO!!!!"

My favorite would have to be Sephiroth because of his history and I like his appearance. As for the best villain, I'd have to go with Kefka because he is just awesome and totally insane and caused way more destruction and chaos than any other main villains I've seen.

I'm the first to say this and I like Seifer(FF8) because he always wants to fight. He also cut Odin(Norse God of War) in half now that's something to brag about and he was fun to fight in every encounter.

Not only that, but the man is bat-dung crazy, and does whatever it takes to get what he wants.

For all of his badass-ness and expert swordsmanship, Sephiroth is just a Momma's Boy with daddy issues. Kuja was to focused on being pretty to do much damage. Yu Yevon was a joke and a half. Chaos was cool, even if he was easy to beat. I could go on, but I shan't.

I never got around to playing FF VI, but judging from what I've heard from various sources, I think Kefka would be the most awesome villain by far. Of the ones I've played... Probably the creepy and manipulative Zemus. (That guy was tough too... He beat my side-quested out level 60 part in one attack, I had to get to level 70 to beat him... )
