My favorite anti-hero is Cole Macgrath. His Bio Leech is awesome. It gets even better in the second game when you can drain the electricity of the people around you by using his Ionic Drain. The napalm powers Cole gets in Infamous 2 are amazing. My favorite is his Hellfire Rocket. The belt he gets once he turns Infamous is a nice touch, too.

I'm gonna say scarecrow in batman arkham asylum. I made a thread about it a few years ago. I find him so amazing.....even though his character seems twisted in a way and unique as well. There isn't a rare moment you don't feel creeped out by this guy. I so often go back to youtube to see his side of the battle just to see HIM. He as some or most people know can seen to be crazy as well. I just adore this character. And love how the way the creators of the game made him out to be. He is really truly terrifying indeed. He's like straight up from a Halloween character that will give you the spooks. So watch out when playing the game and encountering him as well. He won't just leave you spooked, but will leave the shivers.

I don't know much anti-heroes. I do know one, and he could be probably my most favorite character from the series. I'm talking about Shadow the Hedgehog (From the Sonic the Hedgehog games). I like how evil he can be sometimes, he even has a game dedicated to himself. I don't know anymore how much guns there were in that game, but it was pretty cool... And evil.

My favorite anti-hero is definitely Shadow the Hedgehog. He's my favorite character from the Sonic franchise, and he's also got what I consider to be the best backstory of any character in any Sonic game. There are other anti-heroes I could've picked like Wario, but let's be real, Shadow is way cooler than Wario ever was.

I have three both from the Mega Man Franchise and the other one from the Kirby Series 

First would be Bass from the Mega Man Series. Bass is sometimes an enemy as he wants to defeat Mega Man in a duel. But as the series has progressed we have learned that Bass despite being created by the evil Dr. Wily is not truly evil. First example of this is in Mega Man 8 how he uses the evil energy but he is not effected. Evil Energy multiples when absorbed by something evil. In Mega Man and Bass he teams with Mega Man to fight against Dr. Wily's latest tool of destruction King. When King ask him why he is opposing him. Bass reveals that Humans made Robots and he respects humans. Finally despite them being fierce rivals. Bass saves mega man cause he wants him to be alive and at full power. So Bass has become an anti-hero. He respects humans and doesn't want to harm them. Also he sometimes opposes Wily's plans. Mainly cause he wants to defeat Mega Man himself. This is furthered when Wily reveals in the Power Battle 2 that he is creating Zero and the Zero Virus for world domination. Bass replies your crazier than i thought again certifying his stance as an anti-hero. 

The Bonne family from Mega Man Legends. In the first game of that series, No its not Mega Man legends, but the Missadventures of Trone Bonne. The Bonnes are pirates but Tron's siblings get captured by Mr. Loath's mafia. She sets out to get money to free them and defeat Loath and his number 2 in command Glyde. But she commits crimes in doing that. Such as pirating a city, robbing a bank, stealing cargo, and raiding a mine. But en the end she defeats Loath's Mafia freeing her brothers. In Mega Man Legends they first appear as enemies that Mega Man Trigger battles several times. They try to defeat him so they can get the island's treasure. When Trigger unearths the treasure it awakens a very dangerous force. The Bonnes despite their attacks on the city and island. Help Trigger the last second so he can save the Island. In Mega Man Legends 2 they are again looking for the 4 keys to the mother load which once again they attack villages. After collecting all 4 keys Trigger unearths an ancient being that wants to destroy all life forms on the planet and restore previous lifeforms. The Bonnes help Trigger in the end and when Trigger gets stuck on another planet. The Bonnes work with Triggers friends to build a Rocket to go get him. Again proving that they are good guys at heart and anti-heroes even though their actions can be criminal at times. They are not evil. 

Third, Meta Knight from the Kirby Series. When Meta Knight first appeared it was unclear if he was a friend or foe. He would give Kirby power ups, but then have his knights fight the young hero. It was suspense was he a good guy or bad guy. He also guarded a piece to the fountain of dreams. Kirby ended up fighting him in one of the later worlds. However, it is later revealed in other games. That Meta knight was not an enemy but he was actually training Kirby to make sure he was strong enough to defeat dark matter. Meta Knight may do heelish things at times. But at the end of the day he is a good guy who cares about protecting the residents of Dream land like Kirby does. Thus he is an Anti Hero. 

So yeah, these three characters are my favorite anti-heroes and due to their characters and traits they are interesting ones for sure.

If I can, I have to go with Adachi from Persona 4. Anyone who knows his entire story has to agree that he's just an incredible character and his actions and dialogue put him as one of the best bad guys I've seen in a long time.

Heck, throughout most of the game, you think he's one of the good guys, trying to save everyone (as a cop no less) and then you find out his true intentions and once that happens everything gets sooo intense and dramatic. His character is just so cool and so much fun to watch progress through the game.

Mid Boss from Disgaea, he's a riot, basically the bad guy who everyone shakes off as a joke. 
He portrays himself as the hero, and then gets beat up and kind of just turns it in.

Waluigi is my favorite anti-hero. For some reason I think his voice is so funny and he has an epic mustache. It isn't as great as Wario's, but Wario's mustache is the only thing about him that is better than Waluigi in my opinion.
