I basically said everything I need to say in the title and subtitle.

I need a website that allows filesharing.

1. Ideally, no registration. But free registration is acceptable (not like it's difficult to do).
2. Storage limits of 100+ Mb are fine. All I plan to upload are simple .rar files. But ideally no less than 100Mb.
3. Please, no time limits on storage. Filedropper.com forces a 30-day inactivity cap, Wikisend uses a 7-Day holding system. They suck.

And... That's it. I already have a Dropbox account, but is there any better?

Have you tried google drive? I have used it to upload some of my work for college, as well as sharing family pictures only with my family. 

You can keep files private or share it with certain people who have a google account (and you can edit their permissions to either edit the folder or only view it). You can also share a certain folder publicly on the web.

The storage limit is 15 gb (for free).

Dropbox is already one of the best, but you can try its competitors like google drive and microsoft OneDrive.

There are other filesharing sites but they have different user niches. GitHub for example is ideal for developers/programmers, but you can also use it for simple file sharing like pictures and rar files.

Have you tried MEGA ? They give you 50 GB free with no limit on upload/download speeds. I don't know how long they keep files for but it should be for a very long time.

It's definitely not the place to be in if you don't want to lose your files; large companies has already been keeping an eye on it.

If you want file retention for free, you're going to have to register. I like Google Drive myself, but they're each as good as the other, so just pick whichever of Juliet's options looks coolest to you.

By the way, avoid MEGA like the plague. Most people won't click your links because a lot of people host viruses and other malware on MEGA.
