I've never been a fan really, unless I'm extremely tired. I feel like I'm wasting my time. And since you're unconscious for it, it just feels like a fast-forward to the next day, which I'd rather procrastinate on getting to. And then there's the possibility of not being able to sleep or waking up in the night, which always sucks. So... meh. I don't like sleeping, even though I do sleep a fair bit.

Yes I'd say I rather enjoy sleeping, it makes me feel refreshed after sleeping and I'm alot less irritable. After all sleeping gives the body a chance to rest and if necessary repair it's self.

What's sleep?

I love sleeping, sleeping is the happiest thing in life, it's just all relaxing and you don't have to do anything.

However, normally I just have too much stuff to do so sleeping enough can get hard and is annoying.

But it's amazing. Sleep is perfect.

It depends for me....

If I'm tired enough, then I love sleeping because I feel like I need some rest...

But sometimes, I'm too stressed out or somehow energetic that I can't sleep.

Regardless, I try to sleep as much as I can for my health. (and so I don't fail my college classes lol)

Of course I love sleeping! When I'm sleeping I usually have nice dreams and everything just feels so nice. Even when I'm at the sleeping stage where I don't feel anything it's still nice.

I like sleeping more than just about anything else. You get away to a world where nothing can affect you and everything is peaceful (barring nightmares). It can be an oasis of stability in tough times.

I don't really enjoy sleeping. I have trouble lying still, and even after 8 hours of sleep, I still wake up a bit tired. I would be happier if I could somehow get my body modified to stay awake longer on less sleep.

I have really mixed emotions about the action and word of "Sleep" to be honest I'm the kind of person who hates to be sleeping because you know? It takes time and I might have something more important to do with that time but sleep gets in the way, and it's not like I ever am able to get a good night sleep in the first place so in my opinion what exactly is the point of it at all? 

But on the other hand there is health benefits of keeping my body running and living because I sleep in the first place correct? Sleep helps your brain and body rest and stop working as hard as they are during the day when you're really active. It helps your brain process many functions it can't do while during the day because it's trying to so hard to work and help your body work during the day that it can only do those specific functions while the rest of your body sleeps. 

So in the end I'm still a really mixed person about sleeping in the end it still keeps me running and living but indeed it takes time to keep yourself healthy and living.

I enjoy sleeping when I am able to do so. As an insomniac, and a night owl, I often stay up at times that most people would already be getting ready to wake up for the next morning. I have awful sleeping habits (I am slowly correcting it each and every day), but I do enjoy sleeping when I am able to do so. It's a shame that so many people, especially teens and young adults get by on such small amounts of sleep due to the workload they have to trudge through. Even though I stay up late (and usually wake up late as a result), I can't deny the adverse effects of not receiving sufficient sleep each night, which is exactly the reason why I am trying to improve my sleep habits and hopefully lead a life of waking up and feeling refreshed each morning.

Sleeping is absolutely critical to survival. People can't go very long without sleep. A sleeper rebuilds their immune system, strengthens their musculo-skeletal system, it heals burns, it does all sorts of important things.

Knowing that information, I like sleep. I get like 8-9 hours a night when I can because I feel so great when I wake up. I'm happy and comfortable, I feel good, I don't get sick. I can't think of any reason to stay up late on purpose unless I have career-related work to complete.

Do I like sleeping? Yes. It restores me and does wonders for my mental and physical attitude. It makes me happy. I'm baffled by anyone who's avoiding it for no good reason.

Yes, I like sleeping because it's essential for a healthy mind and a healthy body. Those that don't get enough sleep can have trouble focusing and can get extremely cranky. To tell the truth, even if I hated to sleep I would still do it.

I know some people tend to think that sleep is overrated or that sleep is wasted time, but the truth is, sleep is a time for repairing and healing the body from everything that the body went through while it was still awake. Thus, even if you don't feel like doing so, it's probably best to schedule some sleep time to make sure you don't start falling sick. I spent years pulling all-nighters, so one can imagine the toll that took on my body. Actually, no, I guess it's not really possible to imagine it without thinking of the Energizer Bunny... high on caffeine every day, and running on endless batteries. rofl It used to take a lot to wear me down, but then one day, I looked in the mirror and... D= ...

Reduction in muscle tone, less overall strength, inability to focus, being more forgetful than usual ( D= ... ), skin without as much of the usual radiant, sunny glow, more negative thoughts, and hair with a few split ends ( DX I NEVER, EVER get split ends! T_T This was the ultimate wake up call!).

I don't know if it was a good thing that I did all that early on in life, or if I'm going to suffer terribly in old age as a result, but I've been doing my best to try to get more sleep, even when I sometimes can't because of the nature of my dreams. I'm back to physically looking more or less like I did before the all-nighters (with some age tacked on of course), but as a result of not sleeping, I spent years rebuilding myself, and it truly is a lot easier to heal your body when you're a lot younger. -.-0 I never really spent much time being "ill" in any sense, so I never figured out that I was wearing myself too thin until a few years ago when I noticed that I wasn't healing as quickly as I usually did. That, to someone like me, was frightening, so I've tried to make better habits since, and at the top of my list was a better sleep schedule.

It did wonders for my skin and mind, and I'm going to stop the commercial now before we get to talking about how I actually held a meaningful conversation once with my backpack and some little colorful floating lights about how immortal jellyfish are going to take over the world.

Sure, we can all sleep once we're dead, but not enough sleep can also lead us to death more quickly. I guess it's just a matter of preference? oO

I lovez to sleep it is my escape from reality and at the same time it is like a prison that taunts me over what used to be ... like sometimes loved ones that have since passed away often visit me in my dreams and I'm very happyz aboutz it since it means to me that they are stillz thinking aboutz me even in death though at the same time it hurts because I knowz that when I wake up they won't be there

sometimes my imagination getz carried away in my dreams and blends the realms of fantasy and reality by making it look like real life but I'm allowed to use superpowers in my dream which I find very coolz

and stillz other times while I'm asleep my dreams prey on my fears and when I wake up I might scream, be covered in a cold sweat, or start to cryz reallyz hard and be shaking until I'm able to calm down and feelz better

though ya I do hate the drawbacks of sleep like if you sleep too much your body feelz very stiff once you wake up and start to move or if you accidently slept in a wrong position then your normally used to without realizing it you can have a sore muscle or pinched nerve for the next few days which sucks if you have to do something important after you wake up during the day :/

Over the past month or two I learned that I don't like sleeping as much as I like the time I spent in bed trying to go to sleep. It's a nice calm and relaxing time where I get to think about whatever. Sleeping is only extra on top of that awesome time.
Over the past month or two I learned that I don't like sleeping as much as I like the time I spent in bed trying to go to sleep. It's a nice calm and relaxing time where I get to think about whatever. Sleeping is only extra on top of that awesome time.
