We all knew it was coming, everything in the Call of Duty games was getting so much more advanced that it was only a matter of time before it went into space.

That's exactly what Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare will do when it is released on November 4th.

I'm kind of excited for this, I'd love to see all the new features that they have planned.

It seems like most people who like Call of Duty like the older entries in the series more than they like the newer ones, so it's understandable that they're paying more attention to the remaster of Call of Duty 4. Honestly, it sounds like a great thing to me...only problem is, Activision probably won't like it, even though they're in a great position. Just take the writing and level design and graphical design from an older game, make the graphics slightly prettier, and release it as a new $60 game. I'm still waiting what move they'll make on this situation, though.

I really think the Call of Duty series is going to fail now. This game seems like a lot of negative attention is going toward it, at least from most people I talk to, and I go to high school as a social butterfly. Honestly, the last good Call of Duty to me was Modern Warfare 2, and I don't think that a futuristic space is going to help the series.

I was going to pre order the Legacy Edition on Amazon Prime. That would be $80 and with Prime, I would get it for $63, which would be a huge deal, basically getting IW for regular price and then the Modern Warfare remake for only $3. The trailer honestly surprised me because when I saw it I was like "what a generic looking space shooter", and then I saw it and knew completely why I though that, you can't mask it from me, not even with your cool looking E3 trailers, but I'll admit it was pretty smart to show if off in the way they did.

I'm expecting this will be pretty run of the mill though to keep a hold of the established fanbase and as I rarely ever play CoD (prefer other shooters) I likely won't be getting it. That is unless it marks a serious turning point in the series.
