I'm definitely for the Cheesesteak. Cheese is one of my favorite foods, and I'm not such a fan of hamburgers, unless they're made of Angus beef. If it's too greasy, I probably won't go for either. A lot depends on the grease and the cheese factor.

I usually have a hamburger at least twice a week. I'd say that it is the most common food that I consume (very close call with pizza). I love hamburgers, they're my weakness. Both cheese steak and hamburger are definitely up there on the got to eat list, but cheese steak wins. I love both the meat and cheese and the peppers/onions/mushrooms versions, though I've grown used to the ones smothered in onions. A greasy mixture of carmelized onions, sweet steak, and melted swiss just turns my knees to rubber.
