As the title suggests I got a SNES, it was bought for me by my family since I like retro games so much. As you could probably expect, I was very happy to receive such a gift and I even got 3 games to start out with as well as a TV to play it on. The games were F-Zero, Star Fox, and my personal favorite Super Metroid. Later I got more games like the one you see in the picture, but you may notice something a little different physically about the cartridge of the game. So anyway I just wanted to tell you guys that I am happy I got one and now my retro game collection can grow.





P.S. I know that cartridge isn't legit, I kind of don't want to spend more than my console was worth on a single game ^^

Congrats,the SNES did many things well. I used to have one in the mid 90's. If you like beat 'em ups,they got you covered. I would say get Super Double Dragon,it is a fun and awesome game. Legend Of The Mystical Ninja is a great game,Zombies Ate My Neighbors is a fun game,Turtles In Time (TMNT 4) is a good one. Groovy. The SNES is one of my favorite systems of all time. I would argue it had the best games. Mega Man 7, Mega Man X series, Yoshii's Island, Donkey Kong series, and you could play your old game boy games on it via the super boy i think is what it was called. Very neat and good system.

It feels like my GBA in terms of D-Pad, though the buttons sometimes throw me off but it doesn't really affect me much once I get used to it.

I love the SNES controller. I think it's the perfect Dpad controller for it's time, and honestly the button layout of the SNES was THE MAJOR influence on most modern controllers today. (Just with a couple tweaks here and there) But before that, the "Diamond" button layout was pretty new.

What other games are you planning on collecting for your system in the near future?
