Jelly, you don't jelly know why the jelly capslock exists? Well, sit the jelly down then and listen...

Seriously though, how would you know? If I remember correctly its to help those with hand conditions that limit their ability to type. Having the capslock eliminates the need to hold shift down while clicking on another key. It also exists SO JELLY LIKE THIS CAN BE TYPED AT A NORMAL SPEED.
