Pokémon Dark rising is a well made fan game. The story is there is a creature called DARUGIUS (Or something like that). You have to go on a Pokémon journey to stop it! Now. You normally expect to get three water fire and grass type starters, right? But in this game, you get 3 Dragon types! Completely different! Its still good that starters are changed. This game is very addictive. Its got a great story,great graphics, and its got a good difficulty level. So if you like dragon Pokémon and fan made games, this is your game.

Yes this Pokemon hack is different but best of all it has Pokemon from Unova in the game and that's all you need to say for me to play a Pokemon hack. Only downside is that this game is really hard to beat and having a dragon type starter is great but they usually take much longer to train rather than the original starting three. I loved this hack. It was a welcome change that the difficulty was so tuned up. And the dragon starter is even more of a plus in my opinion as the original Fire / Grass / Water formula can get kind of stale after a while. All in all this is one of the better hacks in my opinion.
