Yuna1000 : Cool,someone else that knows Moyashimon,i saw the anime,it didn't last very long but i think i will read the manga,certainly one of the more original ones out there

Yuna1000 : Moyashimon sounds very interesting! I'll give it a try once I finish reading Alive.

So I'm still reading Alive The Final Evolution. Once you get past the first few volumes the series gets really exciting.
Basically the story is about how the human race starts to evolve - either they commit suicide or they succeed in their evolution and receive special abilities. The main character, Taisuke receives abilities as well but unlike other evolved people, he does not want to use them for evil. The story is a bit unsettling at times but I do recommend it. It reminds me a bit of Kiseijuu, a manga series (and anime) that I enjoyed thoroughly.

sillysoul : Oh wow that story plot sounds....very twisted in a way I don't think its for me. I don't mind looking into new anime or manga there are just ones, that can surprise you story plot wise. Considering you can never know the twists they can put out to make the story unsettling or to your taste. I'm quite picky of the types of genre I watch and I like it that way for a very good reason. '-'

I was reading the new chapters of One Piece and Fairy Tail few days ago. I was planning to re-read Death Note once again or start Attack on Titan.. Don't know yet.

Cactuar : Ack you read fairy tail?! Cool! Nice to see I am not the only one who does. I'm pretty much up to date with fairy tail so all is good. I don't really see one piece anymore, but if I do I would watch the old episodes I have on my laptop not the new ones. I'm not into death note and I really dislike attack on titan. I watched that anime because my sister at the time didn't stopped bugging me I told her before I wouldn't watch it. And the reasons I said is what I saw when I watched the anime. I was....extremely uncomfortable watching the whole thing. I'm not going to lie there were a few good moments, and some funny ones too. But, as a whole I don't like the anime.

Eniitan : Yeah the Attack on Titan can be very brutal some times and I understand all people does not like that kind of stuff.. And the titans look very creepy most of the time.. One Piece is my religion, I have bought all the books they have released in my country. I was planning to start collecting Fairy Tails too some day.. Now I just read them from Mangareader site.

Cactuar : Glad to know you understand like lemme explain. From the first episode of the ending.. Of it....dunno I felt something very very bad stir within my stomach it felt like as if....it was twisted. I never cried I was more like always in shock of things that happened. Which is why I won't be watching season 2 of it. I've done the bet my sister has done, and it wasn't an easy bet at all. Ok cool glad to hear you have the actual books of the mangas that's lucky because I would have to read them online instead. I used to go to mangareader I found somethings about the site wasn't as good as mangafox, so I go to mangafox more.

I visited my grandma this weekend and they have poor internet connectivity so I spent my freetime reading manga from my phone (one of the few apps that actually worked there).

So I finished reading Mirai Nikki or Future Diary during the weekend and all I can say is... what the heck?! I'm usually a big fan of weird manga but Mirai Nikki went over the board. Without spoiling too much all I can say is that the relationship between Yuno and Yuki was super twisted and in a way I can understand their attraction towards each other but it was just wrong in every way. In some way the story is a love story but in a disturbing, twisted way. So I suppose I wouldn't recommend this manga to anyone, only to those who don't mind feeling a bit disgusted. Oh and the storyline is also quite confusing, at one point I could only shout "Whaat?!" at the plot twists.

sillysoul :  Mirai Nikki....that anime and manga I know to stay well away from.....thats why I don't really go into reading or watching ones that will make me get annoyed because of one reason or the other.

I am currently reading the manga for Magi. I really liked the anime, so I decided I would go through the trouble of collecting and reading the manga novels. So far I only have 7, and I've been eager to go to the bookstore to buy a few more with some gift cards I've accumulated over a period of 2 years. Unfortunately, asking to go to the bookstore may as well be asking for root canal since it is such a hassle to get on the highway to the nearest bookstore.

I might just end up buying them off of Amazon from now on since it is more convenient, plus the price will more than likely be better anyway. 

Razor-987 : That's nice. You wouldn't mind telling me what the manga is about would you please? Since I don't think I have heard of that manga before.

Right... The last Manga I read was the very small amount of Cyborg Kuro-Chan I could find. Or maybe it was the Yume Nikki manga, I'm not sure. Either way, they were nice. Cyborg Kuro-Chan is based off of a cyborg cat with a minigun who protects his grandparents (basically just his owners who are old)

Yume Nikki is based off of the incredibly disturbing freeware game by the same name, which was very strange to play. The manga is relatively tame aside from being confusing, and the ending being a bit dark.

I plan on reading Polar Bear Café soon, as well as potentially some other thing if I find interest in it. But right now polar bears are on the list as #1

yoshirulez! : Those manga seems.....quite complicated in a way and weird too. I guess you are enjoying it for a reason which I won't really judge upon. Polar bear cafe does sound pretty good out of the two that you listed since I haven't really read the manga before.

I just finished reading a manga called Dawn: Tsumetai Te and I think it was just average. Even though the series included some obvious but supposedly surprising events they lost all their meaning since you couldn't really get attached to the characters. So without spoiling let's say that something surprising happens to the main character but in the end the event doesn't really affect the reader because the author wasn't able to develop the character during the series like supposed to. So I did read the series and somewhat enjoyed some parts of it, but it wasn't that exciting since all the characters were just simple and mundane. So if you're looking for a good zombie-series, look elsewhere.

Latest chapter of Fairy Tail, was reading it yesterday.

The last manga I read was Magi book 9. I was able to buy 2 more books recently to add to the 7 I already have, however, I already finished them within 3 days of buying them at the bookstore. Altogether, I am really enjoying it so far and I think I am going to continue buying the series through Amazon since it is more convenient and the prices are almost always lower than the regular price at the bookstore. 

Yesterday I started reading Nanatsu no Taizai also known as The Seven Deadly Sins. I'm in the chapter 7 now. I have watched the first season of the anime so at this point there has not happened anything new to me, but still waiting if there is some major differences compared to the books and anime.

Cactuar : That's a series I've been meaning to read as well. I really enjoyed the anime and I was hoping they'd make another season but so far I haven't heard any news. I was so inspired by the series that I decided to draw Meliodas after watching the first season and it came out pretty well I must say. And I haven't drawn anything properly in nearly ten years before that!

It's actually a manhwa series but I suppose I can still tell about it in here. It's called The Gamer and I've read the first 43 chapters. So far it's kept me entertained and I suppose I could recommend it to everyone here who reads this. The main character in the series suddenly gets a gamer ability, in other words he can see his own stats, other people's levels and various other things you'd see in a game. So far the series has concentrated on how Han Jee gets familiar with his new ability and how he improves his skills which has been quite entertaining in my opinion. The only down side is that everything has been quite predictable so far and every situation goes as Han Jee has planned. But if you can get past that you should give this series a try.
