I ate some filet mignon with fettuccine. The Alfredo sauce was so delicious and complimented the noodles so well (did add a bit more feta to make the sauce a tad thicker) and oof the mignon was so tender. It’s been a good while since I treated myself in a good dinner

I had steak with fried potato slices and some raw vegetables on the side. I loved the steak today. The place we usually went to get our steaks had honestly been dropping in quality. Always felt like the meat never cooked the way it's supposed to and it was rather tasteless.

This new place is doing things right. I love my steak rare and oh my god when I tasted the first bite I was in heaven. It's weird because as a little kid I never got why every adult male loved steak as I could barely chew it but now I totally get it. Almost nothing better out there than a well made steak.
