I just ate me some Lucky Charms Cereal. Probably not the most healthy thing, but I had fun eating it. Plus, it tastes really good, and I like that. Not my favorite cereal, but for what it is I appreciate it a lot.

The last thing I ate was steak and French fries.  The steak was cooked medium more on the rare side and the French fries were homemade with real potatoes that I sliced, fried and seasoned and yes I am quite proud of myself if you couldn't tell.  Family ate well and right now we are just kind of loungin about on full stomachs.

Nothing too fancy tonight.  The wife was a busy bee while I was at work today though and she has corned beef and cabbage cooking in the crock pot right now.  After I got home from work I had sweet and sour chicken with peppers and pineapple served over rice.  The whole house has filled with the smell of the crock pot meal and I can't wait to get my hands on the biggest plate tomorrow.  This will be kind of a late saint patties day celebration.  As much as we've made I don't think it will last out of tomorrow's meals.
