I made a mash with potatoes and some vegetables in it for dinner, together with some leftover sausages. I was distracted while taking the pot off the heat and accidentally poured all my lovely cooking broth down the drain, causing me to have to use regular boiling water instead. It still came out fine, but the flavor was a bit diluted.

Oh and while in bed I've eaten a can of baked beans lol. I'm such a pig for that

The last thing I ate was an omelet with cheese, spinach, and some left over ground beef, plus one piece of buttered toast. I wanted something to sate my hunger, but nothing super heavy since it's fairly late and I plan to go to bed pretty soon. The omelet was perfect since I'm no longer hungry. It was delicious too – I already enjoy a simple omelet with cheese, but adding spinach and some leftover ground beef definitely levels it up, lol.

I usually get the full sub, but I can only get the Shorti size for this promotion, which is fine. I didn't want a gargantuan meal at this hour anyway, and the chips and drink make up for the smaller sub, lol.

Since I already had to stop by Costco for something else, I just grabbed one of their rotisserie chickens and a bag of salad and called it a day.
