Shouldn't anyone who bids have to share their idea publicly, to see if the idea is appropriate for the site?

It keeps everyone honest about their intentions and saves time in case the forum idea is shot down, and the owner ends up just re-selling it.

It would be a place that allowed several kinds of discussions, rather than nailing down a single topic because let's face it, any topic I could pick could be posted about in another forum.
