I found Vizzed a long time ago by a Google search of "free retro games and roms". However, I did not register until about a year or so later. Reason being: I thought that it was not free. I was considerably new to the Internet at that time, so don't be hating. x3

The only regret that I have is not registering sooner. But other than that, Vizzed is a dream come true for me. Free ROMs are able to be played here on Vizzed without an entire download of individual games, such as having to download an emulator separate to downloading each and every game you want to play. My computer just can't take all of it! Thank the Lord (David) for Vizzed!!

Been here for years! I randomly noticed it looking to play some retro games online and came across this site, love it. And kinda taken it for granted until Davideo posted about him having to take down this site. Then I realised how much this site means to me. It's truly a fantastic site!

When I was about 19 or 20, I had a lot of free time and would play a lot of flash games online. I was searching around for new sites to check out and this was one of the options that showed up in the search engine. Little did I know at the time how invested in this site I would become, and how much content this site had to offer. Vizzed is one of the things I'm most grateful for in life right now seeing how much joy it has brought me.

I discovered Vizzed back in 2012 when I was trying to find a way to play my favorite Pokemon game online: Pokemon Emerald. Vizzed was the top result. Once I clicked it, I became extremely happy. I could play my childhood game again! I tried other games, as well, such as Firered and Leafgreen, and even some hacks. The next year, 2013, I came back, and I was annoyed of the "No more than 7 games per day" rule, so I registered. Haven't left the site since then. I was 11 when I joined this awesome site.

I came over to this place last, and I observed how in depth it was and thought that I'll join this site. I've enjoyed this site ever since. And lastly, I can't believe I'm posting this just now, but I guess it's that 'late bloomer' in me.

I originally found Vizzed while searching for Pokémon hacks, but didn't end up signing up right away, I think I rediscovered Vizzed when looking for a different type of game, and decided to give it a try.  However I have just recently decided to try using the Vizzed Board.

 I found in the evening of 31 december 2012, just before I would go outside (I still liked fireworks at this time.)

I found Vizzed by basically checking out random streams. I can't remember how exactly, but I stumbled upon lilwildwolf21's stream, and he was playing games that were on this site. He told me about what the site was, what you could do on it and how I could join, and here I am.

Lol...this is a cool thread and I have to post a reply. I found Vizzed some time ago when I got the urge to play some Super Metroid and Kid Icarus. Those were games I was quite fond of when I was younger. Kid Icarus I actually got for my birthday. I had one of the original NES systems ...the one that came with R.O.B. the robot and you could use him to play Gyromite...which is a fun game btw. Anyway, Super Metroid came out when I was a bit older and I beat it in about two dayz...three tops...hard to remember. I really enjoi'ed playing that one too. It was an awesome take in the Metroid Saga. All grown up now I decided I still had a little kid part of me and I decided to look online for places I could play games. I found Vizzed and it was just what I needed. After some troubles...and a few accounts here...not due to being banned...just technical issues more or less...I am still here and happy to be so at that.

I think one of my friends introduced me to it. Wasn't into roms back then since I was sketchy about the legality of all of it, but when I saw how this site handles that, I decided to join.
The fact that I'd always wanted to play Pokémon Fire Red also helped lure me in.
Sucks that Nintendo had to try and ruin things here...

Ever since then, I was sort of shifty. As in, between this site and using emulators. Sometime, the games would lag very hard(I was using a very old PC at the time though) but using emulators, that kind of lag never happened, and plus emulators were just very easy for me to use. After a year or so I ended up with emulators. I still sometimes came back to this website, though.

Vizzed has 3 TB worth of games and 1 TB worth of music.  This site is free to use but the ads barely pay for the monthly server fees.  If too many more people use ad block, the site cannot survive.
