If the weather is not freezing or cooking me, I jog without a shirt whenever I can. This isn't because I want to show people my nipples, maybe ... It's just a pain to look for a shirt, feel it stick to me, and then wash it after I'm done. Also, I feel more "free" somehow?
*cough* Because I remembered some laws, as long as it doesn't stray too much, you gals can interpret the question a bit differently.

It's a rather weird question to ask to a public community, I have to admit. But, if you want an honest-to-god answer.... I do, as long certain conditions are met, such as mild temperatures and I'm not too fat (like if I eat just before I jog, I put on a little weight for a short time, just in case your wondering what I mean).

In other circumstances, such as riding my bike, I will go shirtless more often than when I'm jogging. I don't know why I am proceeding to confess to such embarrassing disclosures. cx

In any case, the reason is because of the wind blowing on me, it makes me feel free. I don't think there is any other reasons.

I always wear a shirt. Usually one that I don't use much or doesn't really fit me anymore, as such if it gets dirty or sweaty, not a big deal.

I have a big problem running out side normally, since I get self conscious and just feel awkward, and I don't think I'll ever have the courage to run outside without a shirt.

Yes, but that's just because of the temperature. I don't do well in the heat, so the only time I can jog is when its cold out, which means I have to wear a shirt. If I could jog in the heat, then I probably would not wear a shirt, but the weather makes it physically impossible to jog without one.

I always wear a shirt when I'm jogging because I'd feel really weird if I didn't. I find it awkward to jog around my block whether I'm by myself or not. I don't know why.

Also, I don't mind having a shirt on when I'm jogging even if it's hot outside because I'm used to the heat. My room is above the attic so it's very hot during Spring and Summer. The funny thing is, I'm also used to the cold because my room is the coldest room in the house during the winter XD So I probably wouldn't even mind it that much if I still just wore a shirt with no jacket jogging in the winter as long as it's only for a minute or 2. I don't want to get sick.

I've never really been one of those people that does a whole lot without a shirt. I run regularly and always wear a shirt, although usually when I'm running, I'm doing so inside in a gym. I guess I've just never really saw the need to take my shirt off.

When I do muscle training I have to wear a tshirt because I do it in a private gym. However, whenever it is too hot I "have" to do it shirtless when I am outside because I get hot way too easily.

I am someone who would wear a shirt while running. I personally don't feel comfortable to run outside without a shirt on, even if I get really hot and I can't stand the heat. I know that when I was running for my high school's cross country team, I never really feel comfortable in just having my shirt off. I can bear it with my shirt on for a little bit, and then come back with a comfortable shower.

I hate when people job without shirts on. It's got to be one of the things that bugs me a lot. Well, less jogging and more just wandering around without a shirt on. Jogging I can understand I guess since you are likely to get sweaty and the shirt can stick to you and be annoying. Also, nipple chafing.

Don't really have a choice Scotland isn't exactly warm often. You'd be daft not wearing a shirt here if you went out jogging.

I always wear a shirt when I excercise... Even if its the middle of summer and actually hot out for once. I'm not much of an exhebitionist and actually get uncomfortable when not wearing much around people.

I tend to wear a shirt regardless of the situation, unless it's something involving me getting wet.

I've got a ton of those dri-fit shirts, anyhow, so I'm more than comfortable, even in hotter than average temperatures (which is practically all the time down here in Florida).

I'm a girl... so kinda hard for me to go without one lol. A tanktop, anyway. Plus, I never jog. I do walk, though, or did and probably will take it up again now that the weather here is far cooler. I like cold weather walking as opposed to "miserable I am dying please end my suffering in this 10,000 degrees weather" jogging.

No fooling?

I mean, in some states, it would be legal for you to do that.

But yeah, just on the grounds of decency, it might be difficult for you to step out without one.

-----

Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't. It depends who I'm running with, and where I'm running. With my track club, I'll go shirtless. When I'm just out and about, I tend to wear a shirt, being self-conscious.

Well, I live in a very small town in the Bible Belt, so a woman running around without a shirt on would come off as odd. I'm sure a sport's bra would be fine, but I have major body insecurities about my stomach and all of that area. I'm overweight and dealt with bullying a lot throughout high school because of it, and only this year have I actually worn anything aside from pants and t-shirts. Like, I've
just started learning to accept and love myself, and I'm wearing much more revealing clothing now than before, but I'm no where near ready to take my shirt off and jog/walk down the street.

I see your point. I can see the bible thumpers screaming their heads off at the display of sinful skin now.

As long as you are more accepting of yourself, it doesn't matter how you choose to jog. It's a good habit, and you should continue to do it in whatever way makes you feel comfortable. Go you!

Vizzed.com is very expensive to keep alive! The Ads pay for the servers.

Vizzed has 3 TB worth of games and 1 TB worth of music.  This site is free to use but the ads barely pay for the monthly server fees.  If too many more people use ad block, the site cannot survive.

We prioritize the community over the site profits.  This is why we avoid using annoying (but high paying) ads like most other sites which include popups, obnoxious sounds and animations, malware, and other forms of intrusiveness.  We'll do our part to never resort to these types of ads, please do your part by helping support this site by adding Vizzed.com to your ad blocking whitelist.
