My favourite animated movie is The Lion King.  I love it since I was 3 or 4 years old.  So , what's yours?

Oh, that's a tough one. For me, I'd probably go with Frozen. I just haven't seen that many animated movies in my life and Frozen was pretty good.

Even after all this time, Sleeping Beauty is still the best. When I attended the ballet I found out why: the music. It was directly inspired from Chaikowsky's ballet. The tempo is not as quick nor is it as dramatic (when Philip fights Dragon Maleficent) but it got stuck in my head pretty quickly.

After watching the Special Edition DVD, I like the movie even more. Compared to previous movies, there was SO MUCH attention given to details, which can only be appreciated when watching the pan and scan version (with black bars around).

Minions is definitely my favorite animated movie. I couldn't get enough of the minions from Despicable Me and Despicable Me 2, so I was happy to see them get their own movie. I really liked the plot and most of the jokes in the movie Plus prequels are always interesting for me.

I have seen a lot of animated movies so this is hard decision to make. I enjoyed watching a few like..

Mulan
Lilo & Stitch
Brother Bear
Frozen
The Incredibles
Pokemon the Movie 2000
Pokemon Jirachi Wish Maker
Wreck it Ralph
Wolf Children
Toy Story 3
Finding Nemo
The Lion King
Cinderella

And much more

But if I had to choose than Wolf Children would be my favorite animated movie because of its beautiful animation and story telling.

One important movie I forgot: The Secret of NIMH. It was one of those few animated movies where people actually do not sing uselessly and that had some powerful messages (without being propagandist) for children.

I would have to say it's a very close race between The Lion King and Aladdin. The only reason that I would think Aladdin would just nose out The Lion King was because Aladdin never got too boring for me. The Lion King did. These two films had different energies, though.  The Lion King seemed a lot more serious and Aladdin just seemed a little more light hearted.

If I have to pick one, I will go with the classic 1981 release, Heavy Metal. With a soundtrack that includes Blue Oyster Cult, Black Sabbath, Devo, and more, it can be quite the experience.... The stories are bizarre and macabre yet loosely tied together. This one time when I was in college some friends and I....
Honorable mention: The Last Unicorn
