I actually like these questions. I'm leaning more towards 2 because I feel like more users have stated their favorite game franchise.

I say we go for 1 or 2. I'm harboring suspicions against 2 people, but I'm keeping it quiet for now. Question 3 probably won't help, but the first two will. I'm worried about question 1, though, because I feel that most people here would definitely go for Nintendo. I know I like Valve the best out of the 4, but I think almost everybody else likes Nintendo the best.

3, simply put I moderated the television forum for over a year, there wasn't a single post in that time frame I didn't read. + most of the threads are still there, and if it happened to be an anime I modded that forum as well.

Well this IS a gaming site, I'm sure we can find out easiest who relates to question 2. Question 3 only helps for the people who HAVE talked about television on the board and question 1 is a bit narrow. Poor, poor Microsoft and Sony :l

I feel as if favorite video game franchise will give us the best idea. As more people have likely stated the answer at some point and will likely help narrow the list of suspects down.

Favorite video game company will make it harder to narrow it down who it is as it's more general due to there not being as many possible answers, as for favorite television show, I don't see any reason to go with it in stead since people are much more likely to have stated their favorite video game franchise, this being a video game centered site and all.

Question #2 would probably be the easiest to confirm info on. Since this is a game site, I'm pretty sure most of us have already posted about our favorite game franchises.

I'm leaning towards 1 or 3.

I think I'll go with "What video game company do you prefer".

It might be easier to tell who likes what company rather than a TV show.

I'll go for question 2 since it'll probably be easier to narrow down the suspects since we've probably posted about it already . Easier than favorite TV show, and favorite video game company is too broad :v.

Mario's not even my favorite platformer, which is Mega Man X *cough* username *cough* .

You were the person I suspected after the first question was answered. You haven't been on the mine craft server. Plus, you talk in tildes a lot. The way the murderer speaks sounds like you, and I should know. I also know that you like Mario a lot, and considering 13 out of your 25 game reviews are Mario games...It isn't unlikely that Mario is your favorite franchise. Alright taking it upon myself to do the process of elimination here. Going to go all mad scientist-y but I sincerely hope you'll all read the entirety of this post as it should shed a lot of light on things. As I'm probably the most active veteran on the server (furret has more hours than me but got into the server much later than me to my knowledge while I started playing early last year).

Starting out we'll obviously count out the people who are dead.

Looking at this logically going from the list snow made (which I can confirm that I've seen all of the people said to have hours logged on the server on at some point during my playtime) we can exclude those as well. Blub, Popeye and user remains since while it's presumebly been stated they had accounts they have no hours logged.

IMPORTANT PIECES OF INFO 

BLUBCREATOR HAS BEEN ON THE SERVER. If you look at the vizzed minecraft thread you'll see him making a post with his username long ago and I can confirm seeing the user "batpig" online. Hours probably didn't record as he was likely active before david made that a feature (which happened late last year hence why furret probably wouldn't know about that despite being admin as he became active after that to my knowledge) It can be somewhat safely assumed he is not the murderer either. The only thing I find somewhat peculiar is that he didn't bring this up from my knowledge when snow did her research on users having been on the server since he doesn't actually have any hours logged.

So the following people are potential murderers right now. What happens here is a result of my extensive research and speculation.

Here's where it becomes a guessing game I don't think any of these people should be taken out of the equation completely.

I'm not going to claim my guesses are factual here and I'm probably setting myself up to be murdered wheter or not I'm correct in as this is mostly just me trying to round it down further. But as someone who is a close friend of ZeroTails (and the point she already stated with her username) I'm pretty confident that her favorite franchise is not mario as she basically almost never mentions it much and I would in stead say sonic, mega man or pmd would be more likely, so for now at least she is not one of my prime suspect in fact the one I suspect the least out of the five.

ASSUMING (that's a big if) the murderers notes is taken word for word I find kirb being the murderer less likely comparing his writing style to the one of the murderers messages. These two are the ones I least suspect of the five.

User said he has been on the server and I recall nearly certainly at some point talking about that before hours started being recorded on the server and remember seeing him on the server at some point. Essentially I'm about 90% sure on it and he has a listed account (check minecraft map page for proof) but it has 0 secs recored meaning if he did log on it was a long time ago in fact earlier than blub long before the time logging system was put in place hence why my memory is foggy about it, but this was something I thought about before he actually mentioned it. I do not think he's excluded from being the murderer entirely and I wont put him in the same group as kirb and zero as he does have a history of mario games which is the one big thing that makes him still be my 3rd most suspected. But moving on...

This leaves me with:

Now at first glance Novemberjoy seems like most likely suspect with popeye seemingly having an auctioned account even if having no time recorded and novemberjoy having no recorded minecraft history at all basically being the only person with nothing in particular that would make him being a murder candidate based on the history not particularly unlikely.

Popeye 116 does seemingly have an auctioned minecraft account but with no time logged and no one to testify that he's been on before the time logging system went into place or otherwise him not being the murderer. Him voting user COULD be him trying to direct attention away but I don't think the murderer would try to skip over a detail such as user having a listed account, and the main reason I suspect him less than november (besides november having no ties to the minecraft server) is that from what I've seen his favorite franchise seems to be the mother/earthbound series and from some quick research I did I didn't see him mentioning mario much. UNLIKE novemberjoy which I've seen mention it a few times.

Based on the evidence the most likely murderer seems to be novemberjoy followed by popeye116 and finally a user of this. ONE of these 3 I'm nearly 100% certain is the murder.

For reference this is my list of people I find likeliest to be the murderer arranged in tiers, as I'll likely be murdered after this if we go for the wrong person this round. In the very likely event that I am if that is the case I urge you to go for popeye116 and a user of this in that order based on the reasons I've already said.

Everyone else has been proven to be on the minecraft server and I can testify to having seen them all. In the case of blub I have seen the account he described in the minecraft thread online BEFORE (this is something I'm entirely certain about unlike user) hours started being logged. Which is why he likely has 0 hours.
