I personally don't really play the newer MK titles, I tend to stick to the arcade ones. But out of those I'd go with Baraka or Scorpion. They're both way too cool for their own good.

It would be either scorpion, raiden or subzero and still this day. It used to be Sonia blaze. Well maybe only for the cartoon. With scorpion saying "GET OVER HERE!!l" with his move. Or raiden calling his powers of mighty thunder and lightning as well if I remember correctly. Then subzero with his ice powers. Oh! I also forgot about reptile he's another great one as well. XD

Every time I play Mortal Kombat I go straight to Baraka. I don't know how to use him too much but I seem to win against my friends when I use him. Using his Tarkatan Blades is cool, I often input the command to throw them but I try not to spam. I use him the most so I guess Baraka is my favorite character. Kenshi is cool to use as well.

For me it has to be Mario because I just got so used to playing as him that it stuck. Every now and then I would play with Peach and Toad, but my favorite has always been Mario, eight in the middle of the skills department too.
