The pokemon thing you're talking about is our Kanto region, which is still in development. Once it's finished, we'll have a texture pack you can use, and that's all you'll need.

I've never actually been able to see the Pokemon part of the server, so I don't even know if its actually up yet or if there's a portal somewhere. Once you get the game and have an account, you just need your name in the server thread. Also I don't think you can go on the vizzed server if you have windows 10 Minecraft.

jlove92 : I'm pretty sure console versions of the game aren't able to join games/servers hosted by PC versions of the game. This is pretty common for any type of game.

The advantage that the PC version has is that you can join anyones server and this process is a lot easier than it is using a console version of the game.
