Starting today on all of my devices, pages that have ads in them refuse to load. The page loads until it hits the ad and then just stops loading leaving boards, threads, profiles, and both game rooms impossible to access.

It's not the internet because I was in chat fine and on Youtube. Anybody else have anything like this?

We've had this issue many times in the past.
I believe its just poor coding with the ad that causes it to either never complete loading or something in the code that causes the browser to see the page as loaded.

What happens when you refresh the page?

Vanelan : Sane thing happened over and over after refreshing, just stopped loading once it reached the ad. With the changes that apparently make the site faster, might be less of a problem now.

If you are using Firefox, you can download the "Adkiller" add-on that will give you a button when you hover over the ad to block specific problematic ads.

This way, you can continue to support the site thru ad revenue, but get rid of specific ads that are causing issues for you.

Its not perfect, and doesn't work 100% of the time, but its better than getting the same broken ad over and over.
Instead you will get a new ad the next time around.
