This is a huge moment for me. I have had a debt collection agency call me off and on for a few months before I told them to stop calling me before I got a lawyer and sued for harassment. They stopped after that. 
The story goes like this: After I got out of the Army, I got a job after a few months of looking, and I moved into a ladies apartment, and rented a room from her. Well, she didn't have WiFi, so I had to get my own. After less than 48 hours, I couldn't pay the way I wanted to. They wanted to force me to pay through online, and I prefer to pay with a paper bill or in person, so I have records of my bills being paid. They said if I sent the stuff back, they wouldn't charge me anything since I didn't have the stuff for more than 30 days, let alone 48 hours. So, I sent the stuff back. 
A few months later, the collection agency calls, and wants $200. I put it into dispute, of course. Well, the WiFi company doesn't have anything on record for me, but wants the $200 anyways. I refused to pay. 

Well, it's gotten to the point where it is destroying the credit that I have. So, I am finally paying it off, as I want to get a new car next year, and trade in the one I have now. It is my parents, and I am making the payments on it, so it is legally mine. I've already made arrangements to trade it in middle of next year. 

So, to make this happen, I decided to go ahead and pay it off to get my 50 points back on my credit by this time next year. 
Now, it'll be another month before the full $200 is fully paid off, but I have already but the money to the side so it will be paid off accordingly. So, that means that I am debt free, minus my 1 small credit card that has a limit of $500, and I keep it up there, and make steady payments on it. I need to drop is down, though, soon. 


This is a huge moment for me. I can finally start to get somewhere with my life, and getting on my own. By this time next year, I'll have my own car, car insurance, and phone. Then I will really be able to start living my life on my own. 


I AM NO LONGER INN DEBT!!!! 

Great job man. Now don't go all "Spend your money" spree or you'll have to call for bankrupt like my brother. I wish you a luck in your future.

Vizzed Ghostblood : Too late. I bought a WiiU today, and I have car repairs to take care of in teh next few weeks, then a trip to Canada. I'm screwed until September, mate. XD
