So I was drawing today and I thought why not make a Manga self-portrait like thing well I worked on it for an hour or so sadly I didn't add skin colour cause I don't have Skin coloured pencils, paints, etc. This is as close as I could my eyes are more red/amber but I couldn't fix that and my hair is more blackish but like I said I didn't have enough colours. And that blond hair is real weird right?

Well, it's not great, but it's not bad either. I mean, I can't draw worth a crap, and this is a heck of a lot better of anything I can draw. So, it is pretty good. Well done.

Well I will say that I liked the details in the eyes you did well there. The nose and mouth are kind of underwhelming though. Overall I would give it a C.

Not horrible, it's better than my attempt at human heads whether they be stylized or not lol. I'm jealous of those eyes, by the way. And yah, that blond hair looks a little wierd? Do you have it IRL? You mentioned this was a sort of self-portrait thing so I'm curious now.

Yeah I'd concur with the others it's not great but I suck at drawing and this is probably better than anything I could draw.

I liked the detail to the eyes though the shape of the head looks slightly off to me maybe it's just that I think it looks too broad, and yeah that blond hair looks a bit out of place

A for effort cause it took you about an hour or so to draw it.

C overall, I agree with Jordan.

I like the headphones that you drew but the eyes are the best part of this drawing. The eyebrows are directly on the eye, you need to draw them a little bit higher so there is no gab between them. Unless that part is part of the eye. The blond hair is odd but intriguing.

deg2000 : I think it's pretty neat. The fact that the eyes are the most prominent facial feature is fine. It lends it's own aura? to the image. Makes you wonder what he's thinking. I suck at drawing so I can say that personally I think it's good.. I feel that the head is a bit too wide, especially if it's meant to be Styled like in an anime.. I mean most characters heads are long and narrow... if that makes sense..  plus the eyes are usually the main visual point which you've done correctly.. 

I speak to artists all the time and they pretty much state 100% of the time that anybody can draw if they put enough time and effort into it. It may seem like your not progressing sometimes but still have to keep the up most effort.. Like everything in life.. It takes a lot of work to be good at something.

Deg this drawing is a huge improvement from your first one. I see you even put different kinds of shadings with the pencil. The hair doesn't look as weird and the face looks more proportionate when compared to your first drawing. The more I look at Shio the more he resembles Kiba Inuzuka from Naruto ( google it if you have no idea who that is ).xD   

I like this drawing  Will we get a colored version of Shio Kuzurashi ?
