Q is for quick attack, a terrible normal type move. The only thing it has going for it is its +1 priority. Even then, your opponent has to be at low health for it to actually knock it out. The only pokemon I know who can use this move well is mega pinsir.

Besides that, it was upgraded from 50 to 90 base power, which is pretty decent for its type, and considering it lasts three turns, it can deal some damage over time. Too bad no type has a weakness for the Normal type, or this move could easily be exploited for some big damage.
