I was wondering if it was possible to get perma banned for constantly spamming something over and over again. As mentioned in the title. Assuming it would only result in a ban if not.

Final Weapon : Yes if you spam continuously, there is a chance to get a normal ban. If you get banned multiple times for the same thing, there is a possibility to get a perma ban. But please, don't try it out. If you dislike Vizzed then I suggest to log-out and never come back. That's much easier than asking for a perma ban, plus you can come back when you feel like doing so. And then again, a bad reputation always can be fixed.

If someone were to do something that would ruin their reputation and then do more even worse stuff just to get out of it like spamming for a perms ban it will only make their reputation go even lower and like a perms ban, that bad reputation lasts forever and can't be fixed.

As everyone has said many times, yes you can. Usually you will get a temp ban first, and then eventually a perma if it keeps happening, or if it was very serious the first time. 

Knowing of you past request to be perma banned, I have a feeling you are considering getting yourself banned. Let me remind you there is NO DIFFERENCE in getting perma banned and simply logging off forever (except that you CAN choose to come back if you simply log off). Your posts and profile will NOT be deleted if you are perma banned.
