If I build something on singleplayer, is there a way to possibly get it copied onto a multiplayer server? I've been wondering about this for a while for a project I wanted to try out. I've heard of a few ways to do this in the past.

I believe you can send your save file to someone else and they can open that file in MC Edit and copy the relevant portion into a multiplayer world. Pretty straightforward as far as I know. Would have to take the server down to do it I believe but it is possible.

However, I doubt David would do it and I'm not sure what access the other MC admins have to do something like that.

If you mean copying something onto the vizzed server then I don't really have much of a clue but if you mean something like starting a minecraft server of your own then I think you can turn a single player world by making your single player world into a Minecraft Realm server, though keeping it up does cost money. Still it should work.
