So...anyone heard of the new digimon that is coming out? Personally I am excited for it! Well whats the reason for it? For digimon's 15th anniversary! The story plot I may add is based on the first season but with a little difference! It is when everyone is in collage and stuff. So this is like between season 1 and season 2 of digimon. There are a few trailers. How I heard about this? lemme tell you.

When I was looking at some moves for Lunamon for my fanfiction due to forgetting what the move meant. I saw some video on the right and I was like wha.....so I took a swing by looking at the video. and...it looked very cool which I have to admit. It was meant to come out in May, but it has been delayed and will not be released until around October time. That broke me considering I haven't had any decent anime to watch in a very long time. This thread I should had done a very long time ago. But didn't get the time too.

Oh my gosh I cannot wait for this to come out that almost made me scream the song was soo Nostalgic and Rocking I really do hope for the Original voice actors come back for this. I was really hoping for them to make a version about them in college I mean sure we got to see them in their ends of Highschool while showing us new Digidestineds but we needed this so badly. And I love how they changed the animation so much everyone looks so awesome, sadly I thought the show was gone for good but thank you for bringing us HOPE! 

The trailer looks great. The art style is really pleasing to look at, especially the Digimon. I was in such a Digimon high when I heard this news I playthrough all of Digimon Adventure PSP and Digimon World DS in the span of a month.

Was thinking I was missing a move for Lunamon for a minute there...

When I first heard of this I was relieved cause I didn't really like watching Digimon Fusion, I felt the Japanese version was much better. Can't wait to see Gatomon and Patamon in action again, both of them are my favorites.

Looking at the art style I don't really like it to be honest, it's going to take some time for me to get use to it. But still hyped for it regardless.

edit, Not a rumor. it has been confirmed that brave heart and butterfly will be playing in digimon adventure tri! OMG I am so excited! I'm going to watch the sub first of course.

btw if you dunno what butterfly is. its the first opening song of digimon for the Japanese version.

Don't get me wrong, I love Brave Heart but they really overuse it :/. Half the bosses in Digimon Adventure PSP use that as the battle theme...including the final ones..I'm excited for Butterfly though, love that song.
I hope Break Up appears in there somewhere, I mean 02 is still in the same universe and all.

DARKANINE :  They won't play that song as it is from digimon adventure 02. In this anime only season 1 characters will be in it take a look at it on wiki. Brave heart is from the original series of season 1. So it makes sense of them putting it again in digimon adventure tri.

I'm really looking forward to this series and let nostalgia flow... and hopefully not destroyed. The only suggestion I have is to let every partner Digimon reach the highest level, it's boring to just see two characters fighting out while the rest are rendered as mere spectators.

I also hope they don't introduce new evolutions just because randomness and that they forgot about the digivolution system in Xros Wars to keep it as it has always been.

I don't know much about Digimon, but I'll still look forward to this one.

EX Palen : Yeah that is what I hope for as well recent new digimon are really bad I stopped watching digimon from season 4 watched that and ending it not bother going to season 5. when I saw Xros, the first episode wasn't out yet so on youtube I saw the fandub and man was it better than the english dub of today I was hoping that would be in there. and I was wrong. that one was bad too the only thing that was good was a special episode on there which I will not mention if you get what I mean. in tri I just want everything to be how it originally was back in the day, but will a new taste of differentness as well.

GamingN00B : I suggest that you watch the original first ditto before seeing this. watch season 1 and 2 of this either is sub or dub. actually both are amazing so I suggest that you watch in both. then watch tri.

That's actually really cool. I was much more into Digimon than Pokemon when I was a kid. I'm actually kinda excited for this now.

It funny because I started re-watching Digimon and have been enjoying it. So this to be announced right now is funny
