I believe the twelve tribes don't actually matter so much as the entire Jewish people as a whole. God made his promise to the Jews, he didn't make it to the "twelve tribes" as individuals. He even cared for people who were Jewish by adoption, like the prostitute from Jericho who was adopted into the twelve tribes and ultimately ended up becoming one of Jesus's ancestors.

As for whether we're ready for the end times; I'm not Jewish, but I will answer yes, and I've made it a goal to help others prepare.

JUDAH I thank you for the words of wisdom. I for one however don't understand why you would mention "The End" in such a topic. Is this bit of info related to the 2012 prediction. Or are you just speaking your mind as of now. If 2012 is your insight as to why the descendants of the 12 tribes should come together don't you think it's sort of early for that. I appreciate your warning, but I don't think anyone will listen. First think is prostitution still around. Second is murder on the rise. Third are people breaking the code of marriage (fake divorce, fornication, adultery). I for one wish people could come together and love, respect, honor, cherish, and compromise with one another. The only hope for world peace might just be the day when oil "runs dry" (which will happen in a few years 2010-20XX). however this same occurrence could spell the end of humanity if ruling officials (presidents, dictators, The People) "don't let go of the oil barrel". I hope everyone understands that this will be the way in which the 12 tribes can become saved. We must go back to the way our ancestors lived before us. We must farm the land. We must fish. We must become one with the environment the lord has given us. As of know people are in denial about where we come from and how we got here. We have to let go of some technology. The way most people around the world live will have to change. Without oil there are no flying airplanes, cars, a majority of the industry today. We are looking for alternative fuel source but we are not ready yet. 7 billion people exist today, so the point is the source isn't abundant for even a small amount of the many people. Wind energy and solar seem to be the best choices right now for the entire planet. The only problem I see with society is "greed". Must everything be about a profit. We are all family. We come from Adam and Eve. WE then come from Noah. Then finally Jacob. We should realize this from another factor as well pigmentation lose. Dark skinned people becoming white from pigmentation loss. White skin comes after dark. Is there any record of pigmentation regain. Anyway Judah I thank you for mentioning "The End". I don't think anyone is ready we have too much sin to repent for.
