For those interested, this game starts off with one genin team(the first three replies, only OCs). This is during the Third Shinobi War pre-events, and you are Konoha shinobi (one year before Kakashi graduates.)

Here's the basics:
You start off with the three basic ninjutsu, basic taijutsu, no genjutsu skills, basic ninja tool skills, and one skill point. (Explained below.)
During the beginning, you do d rank missions and train. You get one skill point each week, which can be used to learn new skills. The points required is here:
E rank: 1 point
D rank: 5 points
C rank: 25 points
B rank: 50 points
A rank: 80 points
Basics to learn kenjutsu, fuinjutsu, genjutsu, medical ninjutsu, etc.: 7 points
As you get stronger, you get more points during the training.
You also get points/money from missions.
D rank: 1/100
C rank: 7/500
B rank: 15/2000
A rank: 22/5000

Money uses:
Refill weapons: 300
Special Weapon: Depends( Like wooden Tonfas might be 500, but a sword might be 1500)
Scrolls/Tutor: (speed up training points) 2x:300 3x: 800 4x: 1500
I'll also have random buying opportunities

There may be other prerequisites for higher level of techniques. Money is used for restocking of weapons, medical supplies, etc. And if you want a kekkei genkai, your penalty is you only get half of the points at a time.( ex. .5 per training)

You should probably add a plot or something, perhaps a setting as well. Like, which village if were limited to it. I know you probably want us to assume Konoha. Also is this in a specific time period and are we only limited to Fan made Characters or can we be canon. Things like this are sometimes important... Do you have characters of your own?

Otherwise I may or maynot be interested in joining. It's been a while since I did a naruto rp, and I'm not a huge fan of shippuden so this is a bit sketchy to me.

Could you please explain what happened during the third shinobi war and just give me a brief summary of what happened. I watch the anime dubbed and I was late on watching the series (sorry I just like dubbed better) I'm on episode 262 of shippuden. Sorry and thanks in advance.
Also I have some more questions. If I wanted a kekkei genkei would I have to get it at the beginning of the game or could I say I awakened it after a while and then start using it and get my my points halved from then on. Also it says we can have three basic ninjutsu. By that do you mean E rank only or could they also be D ranked

The three basic ninjutsu are the Clone, Replacement, and Shunshin jutsus.And I forgot this in the first post, your first element you don't have to pay 7 to learn the basics of the element, but you still have to prove your worth of finding your element.

I really don't think that he's going to reply he hasn't been on since the 25th. Why don't you just be the third genin? I really want to play this it seems awesome and it would suck if it were too inactive and got sent to the trash can.
