I don't think your feelings are unnatural. If you are 12 as your profile claims, there are probably a lot of hormones running around inside, and you're emotions and logical reasoning skills are still being developed. Things that won't affect you in the future will likely impact your emotions now. It's easy at that age to think everything is a big deal and to be unable to put things into perspective. Heck, even adults have issues with prioritizing their feelings and rationalizing through simple events.
So no... you're not alone.
Neither do you have to suffer the random bouts of depression. First, realize that it's perfectly fine for someone to be inactive on a social site. I had a facebook account for years and hardly ever logged into it. At least she is not -intentionally- ignoring you and you alone. She simply doesn't use the sites often. You're good to go!
And if you have the feeling that she IS ignoring you.... don't be quick to assume. She might be busy, she might be embarrassed that you found something personal, or these events might be signs that someone out there is better for you. The fact is, you won't know without talking to her. I'd ask her face to face without making any accusations. Ask her if she feels alright about your relationship and if there is anything you can do to improve it. Show her that you care, and then gently inquire about her lack of responses.
Most importantly... give it time. Don't rush into conclusions, and keep communication open. If you're too afraid to bring it up to her... talk to a trusted friend, sibling, or parent. Don't tell anyone that would go to her, because then you'd break her trust and possibly her heart. However, it's important to talk to people when you're depressed. Even if you feel like being alone, -make- yourself hold conversations with people you care about. Despite your doubt, I'm sure you'll find that it helps tremendously. I know from personal experience.
(And hey, there are a lot of trustworthy people on vizzed you could talk to without fear of judgement or bias! Don't feel discouraged or afraid to reach out. Your mental health is important!)
*hugs*
