I've been scoping out Vizzed Ville, and I've noticed there were a lot of unused, empty plots, or incomplete buildings with inactive users tagged to them. Also consider old shops, because at this point there aren't any items, and the prices could be outdated. 

Here's a list of plots in Vizzed Ville I've found so far that is empty/incomplete/old.

- Small empty plot near the government properties owned by 'RedMaister'.
- Incomplete small nether plot owned by 'QuakeXD'.
- Empty large plot owned by 'Xenthou'.
- Two large plots built on but is empty and closed owned by 'thatminingguy101'
- Empty large plot owned by 'Batpuff'.
- Seemingly incomplete plot by 'Vizzed_Nurse'.

Now, the shops are more controversial because the buildings are technically complete, and there might be items in the chests. 
Here's a list of old shops I've noted, however, I'm not 100 percent sure if they are old, or not.

- A old shop owned by 'Thefouad / Iamamonster'
- Another old blue building shop by 'Chibi Trey / Truetreyvers'
- Old 'closed' shop owned by 'Scarthescarab'.

I know that some of you guys might call me a hypocrite because the same thing happened to me when I went inactive and I stopped it, however, as you note, I don't mention inactive complete buildings.
That's it for Vizzed Ville so far, and I haven't begun scoping out Iggy's and Geeo's.

What do you think? This could open up more plots available for those who never got a chance to buy more plots on the main islands. 

Snowdeath : As you already know from our discussion on the server I support this, if you don't do it by tomorrow I'll try checking iggyland and megod, I'll probably post my finds here then since you made a thread.

Yeah I think they should be put up for sale of course provided the owner has been inactive for a long period of time as well meaning they most likely will never finish working on it. Not sure if the prices for them should be any different compared to before though.

I definitely agree with the sale of empty plots (where the person hasn't been on in a few weeks, if not longer).

We'll have to look at the incomplete ones on a case by case basis. Most likely we'll leave them be.

(187, 197) 2 Empty plots one with chest and one without,  next to each other owned by Geeogree (who's been online recently)
(213, 74) Empty plot owned by supermanXbatman 
(217, 92) Empty plot  with chest next to the iggyland shop owned by me, that I use for quartz mining

Note: Is somewhat objective since I have to judge which seem unfinished myself but may be worth reviewing by admins if the owner hasn't been on for a long time so someone else can get the chance to build in Iggyland.

(283, 215) Pretty much empty plot besides the grass tiles having been replaced by wood and brick blocks, owned by Deg2000 (who I've seen online recently).

That's all I found after one run through, probably not unlikely like I said, that I've missed maybe one or two but that should be a good chunk of them at least.
