geeogree : Well actually Vegito could have easily destroyed Buuhan (get it?...eh?) but as a side effect of the fusion both there egos combined (mostly Vegeta) caused Vegito to get cocky and he kept playing around with him until Buu managed to take advantage of the situation and beat them.

And strategy was the only reason Goku and Vegeta were able to beat Kid Buu because they distracted him long enough to charge the spirit bomb. Even that wasn't there power alone.

My previous point stands anyways. Frieza is the strongest villian even though it's in a movie it is canon so I don't see why it wouldn't count and he is also a TV villian.

Blubcreator : Are you referring to ultimate evolution? I think that was just a one time transformation for him since he didn't ever do it again apparently. And it's implied that Frieza gradually loses stamina while in that form so he'll probably run out eventually. Making him the same loser he has always been.

If Frieza really can surpass that stamina drop thing for ultimate evolution, he Would be pretty much unstoppable for any DBZ villain to date. Owning both Super buu and kid buu. I just don't know if it's permanent or not. I never saw Frieza do this in the anime. And most DBZ movies are non canon... So I can't rely to heavily on that source. Maybe I just go with super buu (Gohan Absorbed). Then again, kid buu isn't entirely an mindless idiot. I would have to say perfect cell man was he a toughy to beat. I mean he beat down anyone that tried to get in his way. Heck even goku knew he wasn't strong enough to face the powerful almighty cell. Until teen gohan came along that its. To me cell is one of the strongest villains there are others such as freeza. And oh my...little buu how can I not forget about him! That little bugger made even a bigger threat against goku and vegta. They knew they would have the toughest battle of them all against him. freeza comes third cell in second place and little buu in 1 place. Its buu who is the strongest villain, and any dbz fan can see that.

think of this.  If Frieza had not killed Krillen and helped with the transformation of Goku to super saiyen, then he would have won easy.  There would be no need for the androids or Cell to have been created.  Of course Buu is the "strongest"  but there was a time that it could have all stopped if Frieza had a bit of patience.  They were bugs to him and he shouldn't have toyed with the monster that Goku becomes.  I would go with Frieza on this one
