So Little chefs, what kind of meal is your specialty? I used make some great potato soup but haven't done that for like a year now since grew tired of potatoes. I feel like the fettuccine and sirloin steak is my specialty meal since I like to grill my steak at a certain way and fettuccine i make (well the sauce) has a bit more flavor than what I usually get from restaurants and canned goods (which is bland or rely too much on herbs)

So now share yours I guess, or not. I don't care:p

becerra95 : Well something that I like to cook now is like Burger Alfredo as I love the taste of both foods and together they can be a good combo most of the time it's a matter of what spices and herbs you use to combine the ingredients together.

I used to make some "Omelette Scrambled Eggs". I'd cook the eggs as if making an omelette, but break the "omelette" apart before it was completely done. I liked it, but some others did not. I haven't made one in years, though. I really should cook more.

There are a few specialty dishes I make. There are my "BBQ Meatballs" which are meatballs soaked in a bunch of different seasonings. My "Cheesy Crockpot Chicken and Rice" is another big hit. And there might be a few more, but that's all I can remember off the top of my head.

Although I don't eat them anymore (no grain for me), my banana muffins are pretty good and healthy - I put whatever nuts I have. And thanks to suggestions, I also added a secret ingredient sure to make everyone succumb: maple syrup. Not only does it give more volume to the dough, and therefore increasing the yield, it also makes them a little sweeter and a little less dry - the original recipe had no oil or sugar.

I'm not a very good cook so I don't know how to cook a lot of stuff, but I'm very good at making scrambled eggs at least. Every once in awhile it's nice to have that for breakfast, so I guess that's my specialty.

There are a few for me actually that I make a lot, lol.
One is my chicken Alfredo-which I make as you normally would(only fresh noodles please) and then I add a ton of mozzarella cheese to it, making it a cheesy, alfredo dish that's just...mmm I really want some now lol.
Another is a super simple recipe I learned awhile back and is one of my favorites to make still to this day-rice, chili(no beans), with some cheese on top. It's perfect for a cold day.

Uhm...like I said there are a few but those are two of the ones I can think of off the top of my head.
