like in genesis 12:1 or genesis 22. if God command you to make an extreme life altering decision would you how would tou react and how would you live with yourself?

Buga-the-Knut :  One thing to understand is that God won't all of a sudden, out of the blue, ask you to do something extreme like this if He hasn't prepared your heart over time.  By spending time with God, Abraham got to know God up to the point where he FULLY trusted Him, even with his life.  When the time came when God told him to move or to offer up His son, Abraham trusted God completely, because He knew God.  He had the opportunity to get to know the character of God - that He was righteous, loving and completely trustworthy.  Abraham knew God had a greater purpose for him and he knew "that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose." (Romans 8:28)
However, it remains difficult when God throws something this big towards you, but if you truly know God, you will obey God, because you will know, although it will be hard going through that, that He will always bless you beyond what you could have ever imagined.  God does not allow useless challenges (and / or suffering) to come your way.  It is placed on your path to grow your faith and trust in Him.  Know this - if you say you love God with all your heart, God will test that love if it's real.  It's easy to give God lip service, doing what He asks of you is something totally different.  This remains true and I can testify of this in my own life:  "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding;  In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths." (Proverbs 3:5-6)

There is no greater peace than to know that the God of the universe, the God that have all the power and authority, the God that knows all things have your back.  You don't need to understand how God is going to work things out in your life, you just need to let go and let God handle it.  There's nothing more liberating (and somewhat frightening ) than this.  #Preachingtomyself

I would hesitate, but hope he would stop me in time. But then again, he would know.

I honestly don't know how I would react. I really like to think that if God says I should do this and this, I would. But, I don't know if I would. I love doing things I believe is God's Will, but often it's not as simple, as Read your Bible, Go to Church, and with those situations, it can be hard. 

God also said that God only gives trials that we can withstand! God doesn't ask us to go and murder everyone we know, just because. Often, in situations as such, God uses this to test devotion, as he did with Abraham.
