What is your favorite song in the Pokemon series? It can be from any Pokemon merchandise. The games, the anime, whatever. My pick would be Giratina's battle theme from Pokemon Platinum. It fits him perfectly, and all the randomness in the song drives me crazy. The dark tone and amazing build-ups. Oh my, I go crazy when I hear this song. (If there's already a thread like this, feel free to close this.)

LunarDarkness2 : My personal favorite song from the Pokemon series is probably the dialga theme from Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time, Darkness, and Sky. The reason for that is because it fits perfectly for the situation that's unfolding during the battle, and it's in my opinion, one of the greatest boss themes ever in a JRPG.

My favourite would be the Kant opening, I mean can you blame me? It was really catchy! 

My favorite would have to be the full version of Pokemon Theme (that's actually what it's called, the season 1 opening ^^) since it's both nostalgic and catchy, and I tend to enjoy songs I know the lyrics to more since I can sing along to them, ha, ha .

My favorite Pokémon song is either the final battle in Pokémon Colosseum or the Uxie-Mesprit-Azelf battle theme from DPPt.

I have two that I cannot decide between.  I really just love the Primal Dialga theme from Mystery Dungeon, and then I really love the Cyrus battle music in DPPl.  both are wonderfully written pieces of heart thumping art. <3

If it can be from anything than I would have to choose either Reds remix which I believe is in my current layout, or the original theme performed by Lindsey Stirling.

I know for a fact that no song from the Pokémon soundtrack will ever take the place of my most favourite song ever: Gotta Catch 'Em All!
It was the first opening song for the Kanto Indigo League, and it was the same song that introduced me to Pokémon a few years back.

Another piece I really love is "Prayer". (I honestly had no idea the soundtrack had a name...) It's from Episode 20. The first time I heard it properly, it sent chills down my spine and at one point, I even got a little choked up...it's just that beautiful.

I am a HUGE fan of the Johto gym leader music, original or remixed. The gym leaders were so hard for me back then that I was constantly listening to this theme. I didn't mind one bit.

WHO DOESN'T THINK THIS IS THE BEST POKEMON THEME SONG? This is the only Pokemon song I like. So iconic. Even if you dislike Pokemon, you DO NOT dislike this song!

My favourite has to be the redone opening theme for ORAS. Not only because of the massive nostalgia factor (though yes, that's one reason), but because IT IS JUST SIMPLY GORGEOUS. They did so well with the orchestration. You get hit by nostalgia feels while at the same time it is brand new. I've been guilty of opening the game and just letting it sit on the start screen so it plays over and over, not gonna lie.

My favorite song from the anime is Johto League Champions(Season 4), which is closely followed by Master Quest(Season 5). I didn't like any of the themes after season 15. 

My favorite song from the games is the Kanto Gym Leader theme.

The original song from the original series. I don't know how many times I have to say this, but you can not beat the classics. 

My favorite pokemon song is Battle Frontier Theme in the anime. In the games, I love Gary's theme when he is the champion in Pokemon Fire Red.
