thought i'd put this here for anyone who may be interested in hacking the first shining force game. i've had it downloaded for a while now but don't really have any ideas as to what to try and make with it.

map, battle, text, sprites, animations, scripts, stats, spells, items, probably the only thing it doesn't have is music editing. the ROM has to be a (U) [!] .bin version >.> and as always, don't ask where to get it (not that i really care about that but, you know). as for the art related stuff, the color palette appears to be preset on a good number of things so theres that.

imamonster : uh... you're avatar aside (sorry but that looks rather horrifying imo), my thoughts exactly regarding this editor and i think the thread i linked also has a link to a music editor for the game but i never bothered to check it out.
