Hey, guys! Green here with another Fnaf thread! This time, we will talk about Freddy, being a boy or a girl. Now, they did say in the wiki 'he', but is there some small 'proofs' that he's a girl? I do have. Well, if you look at the Golden Freddy poster from the first game, you'll hear a young girl's laugh. This is the SAME laugh when Freddy laughs, except it's slow-mo. Another proof for it, my last one, is Freddy seems to hide in the women's restrooms in cameras in both games. OH, FREDDY ! I mean, why the women's restrooms? Why not men's? It wouldn't make sense if Freddy's soul was male and 'he' was hiding at the women's restrooms. Well, what do you think about this theory? Is Freddy a boy or a girl? Next time, I'll talk about the Mangle (maybe).

This is very interesting indeed! The character "Freddy Fazbear" designed for the pizzeria was obviously male, but perhaps the soul inhabiting his (well, its) costume is female... It isn't impossible . In my headcanon it's male, but it is possible !

Well just because the robot they inhabit is given a gender doesn't mean the child inside is the same. I mean, I doubt there was a selection for who each soul would inhabit. Maybe that's why they're pissed, their body isn't even the same gender they are. Probably every child but the one in Chicka is a girl o_e

Well, this isn't weird at all... lol

I'm of the opinion that Freddy is a guy as well, mainly due to build and name. The animatronics can't have souls, or be anything outside of their programming, so it's safe to assume that Freddy is the same gender as he was when he was created (male, based on the name).
