Now that New York is in the future, nobody else matters. Or well, something along those lines. Anyways happy new years everybody. For me, 2014 was very lame but as the final hours of 2014 crept away, I was able to do something and heard a few things that wouldn't let me be anything but happy, so even though the year was as bad as ever, I can enter the future with a smile.

As someone who goes back to central time zone for the holidays, I actually find that to be true.

We end up watching the NYC New Year's countdown as the clock hits 11 central which is pretty awesome, and then it just isn't as crazy when the clock actually hit 12.
