I kind of agree with darthyoda and think that question is too vague. So I'll go with "Do you post much during the TdV?". It might be able to narrow it down a lot, but I think it can be answered much more accurately than a question from 1 to 10.

By the way, 

VERY VERY HIGH Fos on paper luigi. If I am correct and my question was too specific because the answer of the murderer would be "No, I have not ever won a tdv jersey", and if earthwarrior's list of people cleared from the minecraft question is correct, then the only person that it could be is paper luigi. He is the only one that has both been on the minecraft server before, has not won a tdv jersey, and is not dead. He's also been relatively quiet...

Then again, if my theory on my question being too specific is incorrect, this does not mean anything. But even so, paper luigi could still be suspected due to the fact that he has been on the vizzed minecraft server before.
