so my six pack is offset. like the sides don't line up. Is that weird.  like this guy's abs line up on both sides mine don't like they are slightly offset where one side is like 2-3 cm higher.

Asymmetrical. So you can be sure that it's normal to have abs even less symmetrical than that (as symmetry is important in bodybuilding competitions). So no worries!

People aren't symmetrical.  There are many reasons for why not but safe to say, one side of your body is different than the other.  It is how it goes.  The most notable of this is with breasts.  Women can be one cup size bigger on one side vs the other.  It happens.  There's nothing weird about it and there's nothing wrong with it.  As long as your life functions normally and you're not thrown out of balance, you're just fine.  I have a friend who has one leg a full inch (2.5 cm) shorter than the other.  He limps and he can't run super fast.  But that's the only thing wrong.  No one cares and no one notices.

We're all worrying about our own problems.  We're too busy to notice anyone else's.
