This hasn't been specified anywhere, but it is possible.

Once you've configured port 1 by double clicking the window, you can access controller port 2 with the Alt + Shift + '2' keys.

For Multitap compatible games, you'd configure them in the same way but with the Alt + Shift + '3' or '4' keys.

Thanks for letting me know on this! I will cetainly keep this in mind for the future. I was wondering though, do they not do netplay on psx because of the general thing that not everyone has the psx and that it takes forever to load? It really makes no difference to me, I was just curious.
