If it is out of games I actually own, and not here on vizzed. It would be Mario Kart Wii! The game is really fun. If it can be on vizzed, I would say Metroid Fusion.

Super Mario 64 probably has the most nostalgia for me; the N64 was the first Nintendo console I owned (not counting the GBC) and I played this game a lot and had a blast.

Metroid Prime though is probably my objectively favorite Nintendo game, and still one of my favorite games of all time
