It's a known fact that IT will never die and it's secret of immortality will always remain secret. However during a certain users spamming spree a while back I noticed a small tear in IT's dimensional barrier. This tear wasn't anywhere near large enough to pose even a remote threat to IT but I did manage to quickly grab a sample of the inner space of IT. I noticed a small spark in which I contained quickly. I began to wonder if it is actually possible to extract the formula for immortality. After much research and countless hours of calculations I have finally come up with the correct formula.

IM is equal to immortality which is equal to IT.

First we take 1/2 the number of spam posts in IT added to the number of good posts in IT multiplied by the number of leggyists.

The number of good quality posts should be the number of posts that are "funny not stupid".

Next we rearrange the equation. Once we do that we see that immortality is equal to the number of spam posts multiplied by the number of leggyists added to 1/2 IT squared.

I ran into a few problem when accounting for this formula. One is that the number of spamto good post ratio constantly changes so I had to take the average ratio.

The next issue was that it was near impossible to account for all the leggyist because whether you know it or not there is actually a difference between being a boot licker and a leggyist. After I took a census I categorized them into age, gender and sex. Most just being 12 year old boys looking for legacyme3's respect which is the single most important thing in life. And took the average from past census records.

Finally it took me countless decades attempting to put a value on IT. So on a scale of 1/10 I took the mean of surveyed results which added to approximately googolplex + 1.

As for the secret of Immortality, you are close, but you are not quite there, yet. You factored for Leggyists and for Spam/Good Post Ratio, but not for other several key factors, such as drama, lurkers, and most importantly, legacyme3 himself.

However, the exact formula cannot be revealed.

If I revealed it, anyone could make an IT, or worse, make themselves immortal.

I cannot have that.
