...I didn't see anything about needing a video. Also the person who got in third place submitted his score after September, which doesn't make sense.

This is what the 3rd paragraph of my thread said:
VIDEO REQUIRED: You must post a video of yourself accomplishing the score you submit. You must use the RGR Plugin's built in video recording capabilities.
