   Are referring to the Missingno glitch multiplying the item in the sixth item slot? If that's what you mean, that glitch is in the game, and you can use it. And if there is some other glitch about it, I wouldn't think that it would be patched, unless you are going to play a hack that may have fixed the glitch.

I don't think I heard of the glitch being patched from the original games of Red, Blue, and Yellow. I am pretty sure that it is still there in the air. If you are referring to something else like a hack, remake, or something like that, it could be gone.
