mrfe : So your selling an island that Snow purchased, I know she may have been inactive but there's still a few questions i actively want to know the answers for

1) Is Snow going to get back the money she paid initially for the island?.. If not please explain why.
2) When the auction is finished who will receive the Viz that pays for the island?.. If it's you please explain why

I may be interested in bidding for this island but only if i receive an answer to the two questions above. Honestly my opinion on the matter is that Snow has purchased the land and it's totally up to her when she wants to sell it.. She shouldn't have to bid for something that she technically already owns...

Also if you receive the Viz from this auction that is just wrong. You never had ownership of the island.. Jus saiyan...

Lolol, of course I won't get the Viz. I'm not acting on my own with this auction, I have Davids permission to auction it. The Viz will go to the Minecraft Staff account here on the site, where it will be used for things like server competitions and such.

In my (honest) opinion, 3 (almost four) months of complete inactivity generally shows a lack of interest, that you no longer care (I know now that she does care, just wasn't able to get on). We fully never expected to see her again on the server. We didn't know why she left (well, at least I didn't), and it was really sudden and such. I didn't know why, didn't know if she'd come back (and after 3 months, her returning kinda seemed unlikely), and therefore didn't seem like there was a reason to let it sit there with an inactive owner. It doesn't make sense, after 3 months, to allow the island to just sit there with no owner and no development for who knows how long. From our point of view, auctioning off the island allowed growth, development, and therefore more ways for everyone to enjoy it. Nothing against her, of course, but I didn't really see a reason to believe she'd come back and be active after 3+ months of complete inactivity.
