I haven't had any success in fixing this on my own, and the only other thread asking about this problem was closed two years ago..... so here i am.

No matter how much time i spend in chat (which can be upwards of six hours in one sitting), it isn't counted, and i don't lose Viz for it.

Any ideas?

P.S.: I use this link to get into chat. It may or may not be important, i don't know.

That is strange...I have a similar problem when it comes to getting on chat on my phone,but that might be because it is a mobile device and it just works differently, it doesn't update the amount of time I spend and it also doesn't charge me anything as well. 

What browser are you using to get into chat because I think it only logs the time in depending on the type of browser you have since chat is HTML , I am not sure if it is compatible with IE, but it works fine for Mozilla and Chrome for me...

Maybe this is a good thing and you can always get into chat for free, no need to complain. XD

If you go directly to the chat link, you don't get charged, nor does it log your chat time. In order for it to log your chat time, you have to actually go to Vizzed and click on "Chat Room." If you just type "http://www.vizzed.co/chatrooms.php" in your address bar, it won't log your chat time. Which is why I only have 2 hours of chat time.

Well in fact I'm having a similar problem, but instead, my username & password doesn't save & auto log on, like it used to. It could be the cookies, but not entirely sure. Any ideas?

However, I am experienceing the same problem now too. I have not been using the same comoputer each time, but have been using the computers in the same location for the last month, and have not had chat logged for the last 2 days. This is the first time ever where I have seen this on my part.

I found out that that was the problem when mine were not being logged. I was using 3 differemt computers randommly in one of my schools labs for about a month and then I ran into the chat not logging problem. This was for about a week, and then once I started bringing my own personal laptop to school to use their internet, chat started logging again, but only on the laptop that i have been using for ages.
